NOTES:
1. These rates apply to the venue
for private hire as is. All setup and return to store by hirer within the time
frame
2. Additional costs per person for private hirers only:
Bar Staff .....................$50.00 ( 4 hours)
Cleaning Costs ............$20.00 per hour
Setup Costs ................$20.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Sound Technician .........$100 (five hours)
3. Time spent over the negotiated time will be subject to a further fee of
$40.00 per hour
4. Half Day means 8.00AM until 12 NOON, or 1.00PM until 5.00PM. Night Rate is
from 6PM until MIDNIGHT
5. Band practice or Workshop activities by members who pay in advance will be
$90.00. This applies for Night hire, Monday to Thursday,
and half day only Friday through Sunday.
6. No
alcohol
permitted on site unless provided from Folk Centre Bar (minimum $50 additional fee
applies).
7.
No access is permitted to the sound or lighting
equipment unless a Folk Federation Technician present.
8. Rates to be determined by Folk Federation Coordinator prior to payment of
Booking Fee
9. Members rates to apply to a member after 6 months of membership
